## What we do

We build custom software, not off-the-shelf SaaS templates:

- **Offense**: Continuous pentesting platforms and offensive automation tooling, built around the client's attack surface and operator workflows.
- **Defense**: Defensive architecture, AI security engineering, detection and response, and hardening for AI-integrated infrastructure (including LLM and agent attack surface that most tools miss: prompt injection, agent exploitation, model supply chain).
- **Advisory**: Security program advisory for businesses standing up or maturing a security function — architecture reviews, roadmaps, and hands-on build support.
- **Privacy and compliance tooling**: AI-assisted tooling operationalized around the client's data and processes, not generic checklist templates.

## How we work

1. Assess — understand the environment, AI footprint, and capability gap.
2. Design — AI-powered architecture and tooling plans built for the client's stack and team.
3. Build and validate — build the solution or tool, test against real conditions before handoff.
4. Hand over — the client's team receives the documentation and owns the result, with an optional support retainer.

## Ownership model

Clients always own the IP. You pay for the build cost and the engineer time. You own the code and the documentation, and you run it on your own infrastructure. We charge no license fee and no per-seat fee. Ongoing support is available on an optional monthly or yearly retainer.
